Also known as a vehicle-mounted medical waste microwave treatment system, is a highly targeted, convenient, and practical emergency treatment device developed by our company. It is primarily used to address situations where major epidemics or sudden disasters lead to a sudden increase in medical waste production, or when existing medical waste disposal equipment is damaged due to a disaster. Mounted on a light truck, it can be deployed to disaster-stricken hospitals to provide mobile treatment, ensuring that high-risk medical waste generated by hospitals remains within the hospital premises and is completely and harmlessly treated in a short period of time.
The core equipment of this system is the medical waste microwave sterilizer. The core technology utilizes high-temperature microwave sterilization, specifically moist heat sterilization, using microwaves as the working medium. Its strong penetrating power allows it to penetrate deep into the sterilization material, releasing the latent heat contained in the steam. This rapidly raises the temperature of the material to the sterilization temperature, maintaining it for a period of time. This causes the proteins in the bacteria to coagulate and denature, effectively killing all microorganisms, including bacterial spores.
The fixed-type medical waste microwave disinfection equipment is a device that utilizes the synergistic disinfection effect of microwave irradiation and saturated steam. It uses the heat of the steam, the thermal effect of microwaves, and the biological effects of microwaves to kill microorganisms, particularly the biological sterilization effect of microwaves. This equipment meets the requirements of HJ/T229—2006 "Technical Specifications for Centralized Treatment Engineering of Medical Waste Microwave Disinfection." Medical waste microwave disinfection technology is suitable for treating infectious waste, pathological waste, and sharp waste listed in the "Medical Waste Classification Catalog"; however, this technology is not suitable for treating pharmaceutical waste and chemical waste listed in the "Medical Waste Classification Catalog." This equipment is used for medical waste disinfection, and the TR-MWT model is designed as an automatic operating system for single-person operation. All components of the TR-MWT model are enclosed in a box made of sandwich fire-retardant panels. This design aims to provide protection for operators and allows the equipment to be used outdoors in emergency situations under a simple rain shelter.
High-pressure steam to kill pathogenic microorganisms in medical waste, eliminating potential infection risks. It is suitable for processing infectious waste and sharp waste as defined in the "Medical Waste Classification Catalog" and the "National Hazardous Waste List." However, it is not suitable for processing pharmaceutical waste, chemical waste, or pathological waste.
This medical waste steam sterilizer employs a fully automatic PLC electrical control system, featuring both automatic processing program mode and manual mode (in this mode, the water softener, steam generator, loading/unloading doors, rapid crushing system, and filtration equipment can be started and stopped independently). The control system is equipped with a touchscreen display for real-time control of equipment modules and display of operating status. The PLC control system automatically controls the sterilization temperature and time, and monitors the entire sterilization process in real time. The medical waste sterilization process and treatment effect of this equipment comply with relevant World Health Organization (WHO) standards and the requirements of the "Technical Specifications for Centralized Treatment of Medical Waste by High-Temperature Steam Disinfection" (HJ 276—2021), making it an ideal medical waste steam sterilization device.
