This large-scale Food Waste Treatment Production Line integrates modern biotechnology, precision supporting processes and intelligent equipment, adopting high-temperature compound microorganism & enzyme decomposition-transformation, high-speed humification and precise process control technologies. It realizes harmless, resourceful and low-carbon recycling of organic wastes including urban food waste, kitchen waste and dead livestock & poultry without secondary pollution.
Driven by specialized microbes and transformase, organic wastes go through rapid degradation, condensation and polymerization within 4–24 hours to be converted into high-activity bio-organic fertilizer or soil conditioner. The end product effectively improves soil structure, boosts fertilizer utilization, enhances crop yield and agricultural product quality, reduces dust and PM2.5 in green areas, and supports low-carbon agricultural development.
Process flow
1.Sealed Collection & Automatic Feeding
Catering waste, kitchen waste and dead livestock & poultry are collected and transported in sealed vehicles, then automatically fed into the processing system to avoid odor escape and secondary pollution.
2.Pretreatment & Impurity Removal
Non-organic impurities such as plastics, metals, glass and hard debris are automatically sorted and removed. The remaining organic materials are crushed and pulped to form uniform slurry, laying a foundation for efficient biodegradation.
3.Core Biodegradation & Conversion
The organic slurry enters the fully enclosed reactor. Under the action of high-temperature compound microorganisms and transformase, with automatic temperature control, stirring and ventilation, it completes rapid degradation, condensation and polymerization within 4–24 hours. The solid utilization rate reaches over 95%, realizing efficient harmless treatment.

4.Odor Collection & Purification
All odors generated in the whole process are collected in a closed way and treated by a multi-stage purification system to meet environmental emission standards, ensuring no peculiar smell in the workshop.
5.Post-treatment & Product Molding
The degraded material is processed by secondary filtration, drying and sieving to produce high-activity bio-organic fertilizer or soil conditioner with stable and consistent quality.
6.Product Packaging & Output
The final product is packaged and stored, which can be directly used for soil improvement, crop yield increase and agricultural low-carbon emission reduction. The whole process produces no waste residue or waste liquid, fully meeting the requirements of green environmental protection.
