1.The collected medical waste is manually fed into a sterilizer, and the feed door is closed. Inside the sterilizer, a shredding system breaks the medical waste into particles. After shredding, a pre-vacuum method is used to purge the air from the sterilizer. Then, high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam is introduced into the sterilizer. After treatment, a vacuum process is used to purge any remaining air from the sterilizer, and air is injected from the outside. Finally, the sterilized waste is removed from the sterilizer. In this way, the sterilized waste is reduced in volume and weight, and pathogens are effectively killed, allowing it to be treated as ordinary household waste and enter the municipal waste collection and treatment system.
2.The collected medical waste is manually fed into the sterilizer, and then the feeding door of the sterilizer is closed. Inside the sterilizer, the medical waste is shredded into particles by the shredding system. After shredding, the air inside the sterilizer is exhausted by means of pre-vacuuming, and then high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam is introduced into the sterilizer. After the treatment is completed, the residual gas inside the sterilizer is further exhausted through vacuuming, and air is injected from the outside. Finally, the waste that meets the sterilization standards is taken out of the sterilizer. In this way, the volume and weight of the sterilized waste are reduced, the pathogenic bacteria are effectively killed, and the waste becomes ordinary domestic garbage that can be sent to the urban garbage collection and treatment system.
3.The sealing connection with the shredding system is composed of a stainless steel flange and a high-temperature resistant gasket, while the sealing method of the quick-opening discharge door is an inflatable gasket. Fixed lugs are welded on the upper end of the high-temperature sterilization chamber. During installation, the lugs of the high-temperature sterilization chamber are placed corresponding to the reserved positions of the steel frame and fastened in place with high-strength bolts.
Medical Waste Sterilization Treatment Process
♦ Loading: Place the waste bag containing medical waste into the stainless steel feed trough and close the sterilizer door.
♦ Crushing: Start the crusher to crush the material into fine particles within the specified range.
♦ Sterilization: Introduce steam into the high-temperature steam sterilizer to raise the boiler temperature to 134℃. After 45 minutes (processing time refers to the Chinese standard for centralized medical waste high-temperature steam treatment of 45 minutes and the EU standard of 20 minutes; users can set a reasonable processing time according to the requirements of local authorities), the sterilization indicators specified by national standards will be met (passing sterilization testing by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention).
♦ Cooling: Use a special device to cool the medical waste and the inner wall of the sterilizer, while cleaning the inner wall to reduce corrosion of the stainless steel inner wall by medical waste.
♦ Wastewater Discharge: Discharge the cooling water from the sterilizer. The wastewater is now sterile and can be directly discharged into the hospital's wastewater treatment system.
♦ Drying: Perform post-vacuum treatment on the medical waste inside the sterilizer to evaporate internal moisture, dry the medical waste, lower its temperature, and reduce its odor.
♦Discharge: Open the inlet/outlet doors to discharge the processed medical waste.
